4 Favorite New York Coffee Shops
You know I love a good coffee shop, and when we were in New York back in March we stopped by some amazing coffee shops and cafes. Listing all of my favorites here so that you can visit on your next trip to the city!
Sey Coffee
We discovered this coffee shop Sey Coffee on our last New York trip and fell in love. It’s a bit off the beaten path, but well worth the stop. All of their coffees come with a glass of sparkling water and it really elevates the whole coffee experience. I’d definitely stop there if you can fit it in.
Felix Roasting Co
For maybe the fanciest coffee in the city check out Felix Roasting Co. This cute cafe is basically straight out of my art deco Wes Anderson dreams. They have a fun fancy cocktail in addition to a classic coffee shop menu. The interior is so beautiful I would love to bring my laptop and work from here every now and then if I lived in the city. They have two locations, but so far I’ve only been to the one in midtown.
Maman
You can find a Maman on what feels like every street in NYC, and every one has a stunning unique interior. I love how rustic their interiors area. I went to their Brooklyn location on my previous trip and fell in love with this swing-set table. Their lattes are always tasty, and who can resist their pastries? It’s def a must-do on every New York trip.
Hi-Collar
For some of the fanciest high-end coffee around stop by Hi-Collar in the East Village–a traditional Japanese coffee and tea house that also sells breakfast. They serve highbrow Japanese coffee by day and become a sake den by night. The coffee bar feels like it’s straight out of a chemistry lab with coffee siphons and coffee drippers. Stop by for some liquid magic, but don’t skip the fluffy Japanese pancakes because they are so yummy!
Those are four of my favorite coffee spots in New York! If you want more recs check out my New York travel guide here.
