Broken Shaker
In downtown at the rooftop of the Freehand hotel, the Broken Shaker is the perfect tropical poolside hangout. I love how colorful and tiki style the rooftop is. Pink and aqua—yes,please! Grab a cocktail and jump in the pool on a sunny LA day.
Upstairs Bar at the Ace Hotel
Another downtown spot with great cocktails and DJ’s. The Upstairs Bar at the Ace Hotel makes for a dreamy boho lounge spot with a great view of the city. Lounge in their pretty equipale chairs and sip on a jalapeño cocktail (my favorite!) while you enjoy the view. I love catching a rooftop sunset here! Mama Shelter
Easily my favorite LA rooftop. Between the cushions to lounge on, and the lack of huge skyscrapers in Hollywood, Mama Shelter a dreamy spot to catch the sunset and still be able to see the hills. It’s so festive and colorful, once you sit on the couches you won’t want to get up. You’ll be hard-pressed to find a better view of the city. You can even see the Hollywood sign from the rooftop!
